Dr. Danielle E. Feggins

Dr. Danielle E. Feggins is a Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Speaker, Author, and Career Coach who partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, improve retention, and advance workforce effectiveness by helping leaders harness the power of individuality and lead authentically.
As the founder of Speak to All, LLC, Dr. Feggins brings a psychologically grounded, identity‑centered approach to leadership development—bridging personal identity, purpose, and organizational performance. Her work equips leaders to lead with confidence, clarity, and courage, empowering them to show up fully and lead in ways that are both authentic and effective.
Education & Academic Foundation
​Dr. Feggins holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She earned a Doctorate in Business Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Her academic background informs her leadership development philosophy, blending psychological insight with organizational strategy to support leaders at every stage of their journey.
